"Everything was great on the hotel side. The room was clean and gorgeous. The upper portion of the rooftop bar was closed. Only one elevator in operation, and rooftop bar service was non existent. I spent $$$ just to get a suite and hang with friends at the rooftop bar for my wife’s birthday but we ended up going to Taglios for pizza instead. Disappointed for the most part. "

"Arrived for room at 11pm to find out the reservation was cancelled by the staff after “attempting to” contact me. Had already paid for everything and essentially received a shrug of the shoulders and a “too bad” mentality. Borderline worst service I have ever received, despite checking in on the app, calling the day before and confirming and paying they did absolutely nothing. Honestly, every person working the night of 5/2 should be let go or given a seminar in customer service or at a minimum how to interact with humans in a helpful or meaningful way. Pathetic."

"There were no drawers to put your clothes in and the hanging rack was very small. This is a wedding venue so we had evening wear and we really could have used more space to hang clothes. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious and we had a great time!"
