"This hotel was the best hotel I stayed at during my two-week trip to Poland. I wish I had booked stays in PURO hotels in other Polish cities. The staff were super helpful and friendly, the free espresso in the lobby was great and the free city walking tour organized by the hotel was excellent. The hotel was also well located and within walking distance to all the main sites."

"Just perfect. The location is awsome. The breakfast is not a buffe but you order from a selection of different types of brekfast and gets it delivered to your room. And that worked fine. Look our for parking in advance! You can hardly even stop for a short while at the hotel entrance and at a first glance it looks challenging to find a spot. But there are quite a lot of parking garages around the area which are quite accesssible."

"Hotel is right on the Malta lake- beautiful views , can rent bikes, have meal on the terrace. Daily breakfast was typical of Buffet hotel breakfasts but the restaurant is clean, with the touch of elegance and Great Lake views. Hotel was great - clean , comfortable, gym had great workout machines, staff were very helpful- Marzanna and the gentleman helping us with the bikes were very kind. I’d definitely come back ."

"The staff at reception were exceptionally polite, helpful and spoke Polish slowly so I could understand everything. This is really appreciated as most hotels would switch to English.The room was airy, spacious, clean and had excellent views out over the city. My only issue would be to include blackout blinds as the dual aspect windows admitted a lot of light. I would certainly stay in the hotel again, especially as close to the old town but also the train station. A very good stay."

"Very good and central hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had 5 rooms and no one complained as they were all a good size and clean. Our shower leaked but was not an issue. Very good stay and would definitely recommend."
