"Perfect place for a short (or long) break. Even before we arrived we were impressed by communication with the reception who were extremely helpful. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the overall feel- the moment we step in we felt relaxed, anf it was vrry easy to forget that we were staying in city centre, just around the corner from the old town. The reception staff was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. The room was spacious, I dont think the pictures do the juistice as it' s much bigger than expected. While we were worried about other reviews mentioning some noise, we were not troubled at all and had amazing sleep, and didnt need to use the earplugs which were provided just in case some guests are light sleepers. We will definitely stay again if ever back to Poznan. I hardly ever stay in the same place twice as I am quite picky and always find a room for improvement however this place was simply perfect for our stay."

"This hotel was the best hotel I stayed at during my two-week trip to Poland. I wish I had booked stays in PURO hotels in other Polish cities. The staff were super helpful and friendly, the free espresso in the lobby was great and the free city walking tour organized by the hotel was excellent. The hotel was also well located and within walking distance to all the main sites."

"Hotel is right on the Malta lake- beautiful views , can rent bikes, have meal on the terrace. Daily breakfast was typical of Buffet hotel breakfasts but the restaurant is clean, with the touch of elegance and Great Lake views. Hotel was great - clean , comfortable, gym had great workout machines, staff were very helpful- Marzanna and the gentleman helping us with the bikes were very kind. I’d definitely come back ."

"The staff at reception were exceptionally polite, helpful and spoke Polish slowly so I could understand everything. This is really appreciated as most hotels would switch to English.The room was airy, spacious, clean and had excellent views out over the city. My only issue would be to include blackout blinds as the dual aspect windows admitted a lot of light. I would certainly stay in the hotel again, especially as close to the old town but also the train station. A very good stay."

"Very good and central hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had 5 rooms and no one complained as they were all a good size and clean. Our shower leaked but was not an issue. Very good stay and would definitely recommend."
