"The room was very comfortable and clean, Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant was outstanding. The location was incredible -- you are right by the train station and in the middle of all the action. Can't say enough good things about Hotel Kreuz & Post. Highly recommend and will be back!"

"Fantastic location right next to Interlaken West train station. Excellent breakfast with great-tasting food and immaculate upkeep. Modern, clean rooms, small but cleverly designed and fully soundproofed. Loved being able to open the door for fresh air with a safety barrier. Friendly staff throughout. A few NYE decorations would’ve been a nice touch, but overall I’d definitely recommend this hotel."

"One of my best experiences. Friendly staff, cozy and clean room with a spectacular mountain view. The only drawback was the steep streets leading to the property, but the vehicle they provide for guests made our stay much better. I would definitely return to this charming hotel."

"The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. The breakfast was great many options available breathtaking views the ball was great as well. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel although I was out for most of the morning and evening for well spent at the hotel."
