The room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the alps. The location of the hotel was central so it was easy to walk around. Our parking was validated every day. The free snacks were a plus, and the paid breakfast was SO good and worth it. Only negative was that there are only two elevators, both of which were on the slow and small side. Overall great stay!

Beautiful hotel conveniently located next to the old town. Their amenities are wonderful. Love their happy hour and also the break room that’s available 27/7 for some free snacks and beverages.

The Okko Club lounge is the feature that brings us to stay each visit. It's a large lounge with soft drinks, fruit and snacks always available. The Okko is in a great location, next to the Caserne de Bonne shopping centre and walkable to tram stops, old town and station. The rooms are modern but small; the Lounge compensates for the room size.

The surrounding area is not what we expected around a four-star hotel; it was kind of sketchy overall. The two non-hotel parking garages nearby both had vehicle break-ins and bicycle thefts the first night — don’t leave anything at all in your car. When we first got in our room, there were no washcloths, only one towel, and no drinking glasses. The room was very small. The bathroom was poorly designed, mostly visible to the rest of the bedroom (who wants that?), and offered no sound barrier. While the reception staff was friendly, we’d stay in a different hotel in a nicer part of town if we return to Grenoble.

The staff are friendly, helpfuo and professional. Club room is a great advantage and a lovrpy relaxing social space. Rooms are design led, compact but all the features you need, temperature, bed and light all great!

Very good hotel, I would recommend. I didn't rated to the max (1 to 5 rating is not enough margin) because I'm not a fan of concrete finish, and you need to go through the Shower in order to access the sink and toilet, but the rest was perfect and staff at reception very friendly

Excellent stay

Excellent stay! Stayed for 4 nights. The 24-hour lounge is a very nice amenity and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here again when I'm in Grenoble. Merci beaucoup for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Beautiful boutique hotel the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are small but comfortable. I love the artistic design of the bathroom also. Get a higher floor and the views are magnificent. The only drawback was it’s proximity to the light rail.

Don’t do with a car. No place to pull in for check in. Narrow confusing streets. Parking NOT on site, but rather a block away. Interesting though quirky design. Nice staff. Very basic dinner menu. Location good for many things, with exceptions as noted.

The toilets are in a glass box inside the bedroom with a few louvre slats. You have to pass through a shower to reach the toilet/sink. You can use the toilet while maintaining eye contact with your friends in the main room. Even better, turning the light on in the toilet at night is like appearing on stage and floods the bed with light. This is a hotel for single people / designed by an idiot.

A pleasant stay in this hotel

Solo stay for 3 nights on holiday. Some very good points - the breakfast room being available all day and night for free coffee in a very spacious, attractive room is a big positive. The staff are all very helpful and attentive. Location is good being 15 minutes from the heart of the city and with shops only yards away on Rue Hoche. The negatives for me were the car parking being inconvenient in a multistorey facility across the road. The inconvenient door for the shower room/bathroom - having to step over the shower area to use the toilet ! The bare concrete wall in my room gave it a very unattractive look and feel. Also the safe didn't work even though the maintenance person changed the batteries on the day i arrived. The following day it failed again.
