"NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOR WHAT YOU CHARGING. ITS ACTUALLY INSANE."

"THE LOBBY STAFF WAS CORDIAL, THE VALETS WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. THE ROOM WAS NOT AS PRISTINE CLEAN AS OUR FIRST VISIT, AND THE ROOM ACTUALLY HAD A BIT MORE WEAR AND TEAR. THE DRAPES WERE NOT WORKING EASILY AND THE BATHROOM DOOR DID NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY."

"The room was a bit outdated and the additional parking fee on top of an already expensive stay felt excessive. The place was okay."

"I am very disappointed in Marriott! The room was not up to standards. The bathroom: shower had visible mold & crude on much of the tile grout. There was no ventilation fan. There were holes in the ceiling tiles. The room: broken curtain track, wallpaper peeling, chips in"

"The room was clean and the hotel is good for a couple-of-nights stay. The lobby is gorgeous. It seemed that the bathroom had been recently updated. I would stay there again. I would recommend paying attention to details. For example the inside of the fridge door had mold on it. The dining table in the room was chipped. Someone had spilled their drink in the middle of the lobby, and nobody from the staff was around."

"I’d like a wardrobe in the room not legs on wall, and I’d like a served breakfast option not the cafe"

"Thanks to the helpful staff. Room was very clean. Hotel is convenient to bus transportation."

"Really close to everything to do in Sleepy Hollow for a great price and very nice!"
