The man that checked us in at the beginning was very nice at the beginning. He checked us into a room that was used by someone else so I ended up opening the door of a room that was already in used…. When I went back downstairs. to let them know that they have made a mistake. It’s almost like they made it seem it was my fault.. then gave me another room which the rug was wet and the room wasn’t that great… I didn’t wanna keep changing rooms because we were very tired from our trip, but we decided to check out the next morning because as we asked for coffee cups that also seem to bother them… we checked out on Sunday morning, whatever I realize as of today that they did not check me out at all

The hotel is under construction with boxes all over the place. The elevator broke and I had to walk down seven flights and I am handicap. Not a good night. There were limited power plugs in the room and the tub was horrible. The tub looked like it needed work. The bed and the view was the highlight. When all constructions is complete… it will be a good experience.

The property was under construction, so some of the inconveniences couldn't be helped. I would not recommend the hotel until it had been fully renovated. There was no signage to indicate where the complimentary breakfast was served, we found it by accident. On our last morning there was no hot water in the entire hotel! Also the furnishings were not in good repair, there was a lazy boy chair that was broken.

The property appears to be going through a renovation. There were new air-conditioning units, etc. piled up in the hallways. It appeared they were needed because my air conditioner worked, but not all the settings. I think once they get everything renovated, it will be nice. The breakfast was well done and very clean. The staff was very helpful in finding what we needed when my initial room was not ready.

The beds were very dirty with very dirty hair and coins, as I was too tired, I did not want to complain, it was too late and I had more than 11 hours driving, what I wanted was to rest, I had to take my sheets and blankets out of my truck and I really do not recommend that place.

Our TV did not work when we got there and they refused to fix it or switch our room.It wasn't until the toilet broke,sink clogged,and shower drain not working did they finally change our room,which was the next day.I feel as though I should be entitled to a free night or at least a major discount.

This was probably the worst La Quinta I’ve stayed at. Property was run down and felt out of date. Breakfast wa horrible- not bad choices but it poor qualify. Old bread and fake eggs. Will not stay at this location again.

The refrigerator was not functioning, and the odor in the room was unpleasant. The first floor in the lobby is currently under renovation. It may be remodeled in the future. There is no complimentary breakfast. The staff members were satisfactory.

I entered the property, the lady that came out was not very courteous. No greeting nothing. Felt like I disturbed her when she came out from the back. I would say she had a RUDE face. No welcome water or anything. The curtain in the room was wrinkle and falling down. The mattress was terrible. I felt like I was in a Motel. The hallway was very hot and the carpet was pure filthy and overdue to be changed. I have been to a few La Quinta around the Country, I would say this is the worse I have seen. I will not go back for nothing!

The hotel is under renovation and I hope they finish soon for now the rooms are outdated , the furniture are quite Old as well, the carpets in the rooms are really very old. The hotel would need a big remodeling that it seems is under way Anyway the rooms were very clean and the bathrooms as well!

This hotel is in the process of some kind of renovation, although it's not entirely clear what it is. The lobby and surroundings are filled with construction materials, paint, and planting materials. It's also important to know that if you are carrying a lot of baggage and you want to bring a cart up to your room, there are stairs from the ground floor to the first floor—so you have to take the very clumsy ADA elevator, which does not hold a luggage cart and a person comfortably. You have to hold the button on the inside of the elevator to open/close and move it to the first floor from the ground floor. This is very tricky and did not make for an easy load-in, load-out for us, as we carry a lot of bags of camera equipment and such. The best thing about this hotel is the Stamford Diner, which is attached—great food, terrific service.

I was very disappointed with my stay. Having to pay extra for parking felt unreasonable, especially considering the room rate. The breakfast was also a letdown—the food lacked variety, wasn't very fresh, and overall the quality was poor. For the price, I expected a much better experience. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
