"Very nice hotel in Greenville. Located a block from all the fun and excitement. Great rates. Great room. Great staff. "

"They told me they had no self parking when there were obvious spaces available. Staff said you can take your chances with street parking or pay $45.00 valet. I chose valet who then parked it in one of the open spots. No consideration for handicap parking. No recognition of gold status. The next I called for my car through valet. A half hour later while looking at my car I had to go to the front desk and retrieve my keys. Beware of the parking!!!"

"It was the best stay ever. All the staff was very solicitous. The indoor/outdoor pool was perfect, as was the hot tub. The rooms were clean and comfy. Congrats to the staff!"

"No the facilities were not clean dirty towels with stdins dirt air filterscoffee taste like ....the air as also front desk as k will call a the residents together to m as ke you leave "

"We got there mid afternoon and our room wasn't ready, which is fine, so went to Greenville 4 minutes down the road for the day. When we got back later that night, the parking lot was full. We asked where we should park And we're told in the Taco Bell parking lot. We asked if that would be okay, and got a hesitated, "It should be." Needless to say, I was worried all night checking on it. Thankfully it was okay, but a hotel should have enough parking spaces for all of the guests. Room was ok. Clean. Just surprised how run down The property was for being just 4 minutes down the road from Greenville. "
