The staff at the hotel is always very friendly and helpful. What we appreciate most is the shuttle to the nearby GSP airport, The drivers are friendly and so eager to help to senior citizens with luggage and to make the ride comfortable. The hotel is a convenient location with just a short drive to the airport.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Easy location for airport. Gentleman working The Bistro extremely nice and accommodating. My only complaint is the cleaning staff showing up BEFORE the scheduled check-out then standing outside the room waiting for me leave.

I would think there would be free coffee in the lobby like most other hotels. If you want coffee, you have to buy their pricey Starbucks coffee. Food was good in the bistro, but only limited hours in the morning and evening…. I would recommend having a few “simple” kid-friendly offerings though. My little 6 year old nephew didn’t like anything on either menu. The staff and hotel were both excellent though.
