"We really had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was excellent. The bus service in and out of Canterbury and around Kent was perfect. We will definitely do this again. It was wonderful value for money we really enjoyed it."

"The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. It seems that Expedia did not ensure proper quality assessment with the owner. When I book through Hotels.com or Expedia I expect some of the basic necessities taken care of without me having to go to the shops for them. If I had known that toiletries were not provided at this location I would not have booked the residence. "
