"Seemed to be recently refurbished. Not in the middle of town but easy driving distance. Excellent for my budget. That said there are no extras. Ie, pool, breakfast, etc. I would return happily. Excellent for retired on a budget "

if you're rating them on cleanliness, you already know it's phenomenal: 1/3 of the people working there is top tier in cleanin', and he does a great job.
there is no continental breakfast (they can't take it down), so don't take it out on them because you're cranky. just go get some coffee. It's good, tastes like mcdonalds black, and IYKYK, go get some creamer if from the casey's...

"Great clean hotel. Room was spacious, pool was perfect and our beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly and we loved the room had a full size refrigerator, dishes, microwave and dishwasher. Perfect for a traveling family with a toddler. "

"It was great. I was worried about the jetted tub being super clean but it didnt appear dirty but you always wonder. Everything else was very clean. Only issue when we were trying to check out no one was to be found and we had to wait a while, and if you're out late, good luck getting parking on a busy night. But otherwise it was great. The bed was very comfortable. For the price can't beat it. Looks rough outside but in the rooms very nice. 3 food places just across the road, too. "
