"Located in the city centre this is a fantastic hotel. Spacious comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I stayed 10 nights here and would not hesitate to stay again. The Uber pick up point is 15m front the front door of the hotel. Great value for money. The staff here do a great job."

"This is a hotel of contradictions, room was pretty average but clean and the location was great/safe. Stonebreakers breakfast and special event food was actually pretty good for a hotel restaurant. Had some issues with billing, room key malfunctions, and relatively thin walls... but the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to try to resolve them all. A huge thanks to Zoe at the front desk for all her help resolving our issues, she personally deserves 5/5 stars. One thing I wish they could fix is the loud screaming seagulls every morning, tough way to start your day. Overall good, but could be great."

The hotel’s quiet location was convenient to waterfront recreation and urban amenities (restaurants and shopping) without being too close to the V&A waterfront area. "Excellent facilities for a lovely stay right by the airport. Bliss after a long flight. The restaurant has great food, spa looks very nice (though sadly I didnt have time for a massage) and the gardens are gorgeous for a lovely walk. The rooms are spacious and beds vry comfortable."
