"Good- swim up room was perfect, buffet offers variety of delicious choices with staff to serve your table with wine or other needs. Entertainment staff is amazing- shout out to GiGi Bad- beach is not as pristine as the sister property Riu Palace, it is swimmable but seaweed is thick."

"The staff was TOP TEIR!!! The was extra extra loving and caring not only to me but my entire group of eight. We were in Negril celebrating three birthdays and I just wanted to relax and I was able to do just that. The only thing that we experienced was we didn't have washcloths upon arrival. They were experiencing some issues with the dryer but they definitely made sure we were taken care of Saturday morning by the time we return from breakfast. I had the opportunity to speak with some of the staff during my stay and they all were loving, helpful, carin, and kind no matter the tittle. I was speaking with the GM and didn't even know who she was. She treated me now different and they all knew my name, what I liked to drink, what omelet I preferred and I needed ice when I ended my night. The resort need a few updates and upgrades. But if you are looking for a beautiful resort to relax, relax and relax Samsara Cliff is the place for you. Tell Tina to make you a drink and Kenya sent you. "The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better. Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more."
