"Wonderful vacation "

"I can't wait to come back! My family and I had so much fun. All the staff seemed to be working hard, and I didn't find them to be overly motivated to try to get a tip. For the most part they seemed to genuinely be trying to ensure you had a great experience. My only feedback is that I wish there were more garbage cans available throughout the property, but I understand that the lack of might be to avoid rats, cats, etc. That being said, there was always a staff member around that seemed to be...

"We had a wonderful experience at this resort. Many options for food. The food was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was excellent and would recommend. "

"Staff and pools were great! There is still some renovations in progress post hurricane but I'm sure it will be great once complete. "

"The room was very nice, though the doors did make a bit of noise opening and closing which was tricky in the middle of the night. There was also some noise from the street outside. We didn’t seem to have a choice in which Villa we got which meant we were a long walk from the main area. Food was decent, good array of options but they did run out of the best choices and they do start closing during later breakfast/lunch hours."

"Pictures are deceiving. Looks great online, but not the best in person, specifically the rooms. They don’t provide towels daily, as you have to ask for them, if you want fresh ones. The food options are not the best. Website shows more options and the opening hours is not the best. Overall the food is just okay.
