"Check in was not good. Hotel had no luggage racks to help get in luggage when checking in. Asked about one and they said "well there were 2 here awhile ago but lots of people checking in." "We had a king size bed with a pull out couch. The mattress on the pull out couch was horrible. You could fold the mattress in half. The hotel is being remodeled but while paying in excess of $400 a night, the mattress on the pull out should be decent."

"Good location, but will never go again! Vents were filthy/air conditioner unit. Bugs in sink. No amenities. Sink faucet fell off using it. Smokers outside the side door by our room. Noisy!"
