My room was nice, front desk gal was very helpful. I was disappointed the jets weren't working on the hot tub. After 2 days of driving I was looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub. I also noticed the gym was closed.

Bed sucked, metal frame felt every movement, mattress was terrible. So uncomfortable. No curtains on window made the room so bright when I was trying to sleep in. Cheap blankets. Room smelled like chemicals or paint or something.

Parking was great and staff responsive. Was totally unimpressed with the manager telling us we have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get more clean towels.
