"I really enjoyed my stay, especially the incredible view of the pyramids — it was truly special. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is convenient for visiting the pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), and is relatively close to Sphinx International Airport, which makes it a good value option for short stays and sightseeing. That said, it’s important to know what to expect: the neighborhood is quite loud, with barking dogs at night, and there is a noticeable amount of dirt and trash in the surrounding area. Giza has a very different feel compared to central Cairo. For getting around, I mostly used Uber, which worked well overall. However, it’s worth planning rides in advance, as occasionally drivers may ask for additional cash payments outside the app. In such cases, it’s best to stick to the agreed price in the app. Overall, a good value stay if you come prepared and know what to expect."

"The place is absolutely filthy. Do not expect any semblance of western level of cleanliness. First night it rained and the place flooded from the roof top. Water dripping in our room from the ceiling. Bathroom disgusting and with no place to hang a towel or set down toiletries.”Deluxe” Rooms have no windows!!! Crazy. Staff inattentive unless trying to sell you something or squeeze a tip out of you. "

"We spent a couple of days at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning—nothing can beat having breakfast with a view of the pyramids. We would like to thank all the staff who took such great care of us during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of different food to choose from. The rooms were cleaned every day and kept in great condition. We would also like to give special thanks to our driver, who drove us a couple of times. We’re sorry we forgot your name—we were staying in room 406, and you drove us to the airport on Friday night, April 4th. You are a great driver and a wonderful person, and we truly appreciate you. "The service here is nothing short of amazing. The grandfather and his grandsons treat you like family from the second you walk in. They acknowledged us every time they saw us, genuinely asking about our day and starting conversations. The airport shuttle went smoothly and was reasonably priced. That kind of warmth made our time in Egypt feel so much better, especially since the immediate area around the hotel isn't the best. The location is also unbeatable. The walk to the Pyramids is less than 5 minutes. The views from the rooms and the rooftop are great and easily the best part of the physical space. The Not-So-Good: The rooms definitely need some sprucing up. The TV was basically a paperweight, and the Wi-Fi was way too slow to actually get anything done. Beds weren't super comfortable. Breakfast was pretty mediocre, so don't expect a gourmet spread. Verdict: Despite the dated rooms and tech, the convenience and the staff’s hospitality make it worth it. You’re paying for the view and the people, and on those two fronts, they absolutely delivered."
