"The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. However, the service left something to be desired. During breakfast on my first morning, no one approached me or offered coffee or tea with my meal. I eventually had to ask for coffee on my way out, at which point it was provided in a to-go cup. The checkout experience was also disappointing. I was told that my receipt would be emailed to me, but I never received it. When I called the front desk to follow...

"Excellent location, pet friendly, big room but furniture was outdated & a great buffet breakfast."

"Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very helpful and quick to clean up and replenish food. I had booked for 2 adults and a child and there is no way we would fit comfortably in such small room. We ended up with just 1 adult and child staying. "Excellent service"

"Direct indoor connection to the airport, and then to downtown via the light rail. Restaurant was standard hotel fare. Gym was a little small, but functional. Rooms are a reasonable size and we'll appointed."

Nous avons aussi soupé au restaurant Bar à vin et c’était délicieux ! Une très belle expérience."

"Parking was safe and lots available. Staff very friendly and d helpful"

"I’m not one to give a bad review but I have to. Very disappointing experience. The hotel was old, dirty, and generally poorly maintained. The entire place looked unkempt and clearly needed proper cleaning, renovation, and upkeep. Breakfast was listed as one of the hotel's amenities, but there was no breakfast provided, which was misleading and frustrating. To make matters worse, the room key fob wasn't working, so we had to rely on staff to open the door for us every single time we needed...
