Very basic. Clean linens and good bed, though mattress on the very firm side. Carpeting in halls and carpets and upholstery in room were very stained and shabby. For the price, even in this expensive area, we think guests should have a cleaner, less shabby experience! Staff were lovely though.

Upon check-in, we were given keys to a room on the upper floor and when we opened the door, it was obvious someone else had already been given this room (bed was unmade, clothes and luggage strewn around, etc.). When we reported this to the desk, there was no apology or explanation - just gave us another room. The property is aging and not well kept. The carpeting and furniture is dingy and needs replaced. The bathroom in our room was nicer and looked like it may have been replaced more recently (although the electric outlets at the sink did not work). Our sheets and pillow cases did appear to be clean and fresh, and the room was fairly quiet. Overall, the experience was OK but not great.

They had some kind of family party going on. The whole family would gather by the pool and have their meals, full tables with trays of food. My daughter was not able to use the pool and that was the main reason for us staying there. Otherwise fine. Oh the smoke alarm went off once too

This hotel looks like you stepped into 1980. The front door had a gap that let in light and cold air. The wallpaper was peeling. There were scuff marks on the walls and door. The bathroom fixture was open and you could see exposed wiring. Some outlet plates were also open. The one lamp had non working electrical outlets. The room smelled musty. The beds were comfortable and the shower had reasonable pressure.
