"It feels like this hotel is transitioning.. we noticed old beds piled outside and “newer” beds coming in. When we first arrived and tried to shower after a long day there was hair in the towels. The shower was not cleaned well, had soap scum between the shower doors that you could only see while inside with the doors closed. The bathrooms seem to have just been painted with one coat as you can clearly see the green that was previously underneath. Pillows were awful and hard somehow. Chair in the room was stained and other was broken. When leaving for the day we noticed cleaning staff was in plain clothes, no uniform to identify them with. Just rang strange seeing someone walk in and out of rooms not appearing to work there. Cleaners didn’t come to our room first day but after running into them we opted to leave do not disturb for the remainder of the trip. It also appears people live at this hotel. We ran into people picking up mail and moving truckloads of personal items a few times. The staff was kind and tried to help but it just isn’t a place I would feel comfortable staying again due to cleanliness and overall presentation of hotel."
