"The room was clean, staff was kind and courteous. However, was very displeased with the property as the pool was not in service and no disclaimer was posted on the site to indicate the pool would not be available for use. Also, the chairs and umbrellas that the website stated could be rented for use on the beach also were not available and there was no information on the site indication those amenities are only available during their "busy season" and not their "off season". When we arrived around 2:30pm the day for check in, the office was closed and a staff person who saw us walking around with a bit of a confused look on our faces indicated to us that we had to get checked in with the bartender who was super busy tending to bar guests and didn't give me much info on the property on where things were located--check in felt super rushed. We were unable to connect to the wifi as the code written on the keycard sleeve was a bit illegible. Positives were property is right on the beach, we got to enjoy a beautiful sunrise, and a gorgeous day at the beach even if we did not have the ability to rent chairs and umbrellas as we had initially planned. "
