Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Roseville-Galleria Area by IHG
8/10 Good
"This is our place to stay in the Sacramento area. This time they were updating the rooms which makes it a bit awkward if you are there during working hours. However, it looks the update with make the rooms fantastic when it is complete. The regular size room is an adquate size. If we were staying there for a longer period the larger size room would be better. All the rooms we have stayed at have been quiet. The breakfast is a decent standard breakfast. Easy access to the freeway which is very helpful for us."
"Traveling with my brother, who is disabled can be very difficult for us. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. Unfortunately this hotel does not offer a 2 queen suite wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower. The first room was not going to work due to it having a tub/shower and they only had 1 shower bench available for guests, that was already being used. She walked with me to look at a few choices. My brother had a hard time getting into the bathroom, it was not handicap accessible, and the room was very small for him to try to get around in it.
The wheelchair lift for the pool and the spa are broken. I was told by maintenance, they've been broken for a long time. It was extremely frustrating fory brother, he has a hard time understanding why its always the disabled people that have to go without when traveling.
We will not be staying here for our yearly trip next year. Like I said its very challenging for us to travel, I try to make our trip as easy on both of us as possible."
"What a great edition to 12 bridges in Lincoln, California. So happy that it's pet friendly. The staff was amazing. Brooklyn went above and beyond with her follow through with our roomThe property was beautiful and very clean and the beds were cozy.I slept well. Kari Jones"
