"The breakfast was excellent! The chef actually prepared the special dish for us. That is a wonderful experience."

"Location was great! Nice breakfast although the coffee wasn’t that hot. Reception people were nice & friendly & helpful!"

"The rooms were simple but checked all the necessities. Not a fancy hotel but convenient location and the rooms were spacious and easy to move around in/ lovely grounds with pool, hot tub two wonderful fire pits. Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Best bargain of our trip to Fredericksburg."

"We arrived at 4 p.m. and the room still wasn't ready, even though check-in was at 3 p.m."

"Great next time I will get the bigger one. It was so nice to hang out in the hot tub and watch the deer!"

"Was not happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom, there was something stuck on the wall with hair by the toilet. None of the plugs worked and the light on the desk had a short and would come on and off randomly. The beds were comfortable, sheet were clean as well as the floors"

"The room was rustic/comfortable and fun. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful. Look forward to booking again next year."
