"The house and rooms were very clean so when I first went into the house, I was almost about to take off my shoes as a Japanese !! I could sleep better here than anywhere else, even better than at my house. Breakfast was also excellent. Haggis is now my favorite food ! Thank you for everything !!"

"Charming inn in a great part of town. Food in the restaurant was great & staff were eager to help."

"This is a fairly new property and this is reflected in the modern decor, and clean & smart set up. No staff on site but arrangements communicated beforehand in terms of property access and room key collection were faultless. Parking on site so no issues with proximity. We did not have breakfast (book and pay separately if required). River runs behind the property so soothing sound of running (nay rushing) water throughout. Only issue was the green light (fire regs ?) meant the room was not dark...

"Chris was a wonderful host! Delicious breakfast. Great water pressure - best we’ve had so far!"

"Comfortable stay with very clean room. Excellent breakfast and amazing, friendly hosts."

"Vi bodde 5 nätter på Cullis house. Hade en positiv upplevelse, värdinnan var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och boendet rent och fräscht, det var dessutom lugnt läge. Nära till naturen och staden. Vi kommer rekommendera vänner och barnen detta boende om de vill ha ett lugnt och bra boende."
