"Did not see a breakfast menu for the price I paid for the room I would have expected a microwave to be in it, but there was no microwave. The photos that were showed on the website does not match the hotel itself very disappointed. could not sleep train passing by seems like every hour blowing loud horn."

"Front desk staff was great. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The seemed calm under pressure as we had extremely high wind event and the staff seemed to rally to make sure all the guests were safe and well cared for Thank you to everyone "

"The first night i had to call multiple times to the front desk about people above running around and jumping it was 10:30pm. My phone didn't work and only a few tv chanels worked. But everything else was good."

"Staff was excellent Handicap access was terrible. Ramp access to parking lot limited. Entrance to guest room required help. Bathroom very small. Housekeeping was terrible. No aheets, blankets or extra pillows for pullout couch. No kleenex, paper towels, silverware or dishes for kitchen. Trash and towels were picked up midweek but had to go to front desk for new towels and trash can liner"
