"When we first arrived we were locked in our room. After struggling for 10 minutes with the door, my wife called down to the front desk. Their suggestion was to ‘pull hard’. We finally got out. The maintenance man came and fixed the door, but then it would not latch. It could be pushed open from the hallway. Maintenance came to fix the door again which took about an hour. Our room was incredibly warm but we didn’t realize this until around midnight. We lowered the temperature for the AC to kick...

"Rooms were very clean and beds super comfortable. Staff was great, I had a difficult time with my TV but they were up in 5 min and got it fixed."

"I can use my debit/credit card. I have already paid my room online. They tried to get me to cancel my reservation with Expeditiona and I had no refund. It was 11:30 p.m. when I arrived and the officer didn't want to know anything. I'm a golden member with the channel. I use it very often and I can manage to get better. This was my second stay at this establishment. My departure was no better to be reimbursed and the staff not friendly."

"Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable, front desk was nice to deal with. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. A/C could have worked better but it worked and kept one side of the room cool. But overall was a good stay and would return."

"I stayed in room 124, I forgot to let staff know that the air conditioner wasn’t working upon checking out! I only discovered this waking up at 1 am & the room was a bit stuffy! Otherwise great place to stay. Had microwave & mini fridge in the room! Good breakfast provided."
