Joshua at the front desk was amazing. Super friendly and really helpful. Unfortunately the room was older, smelled like cigarettes and the ac did not work well. We laid in bed and tried not to move all night because it was so hot. Thankfully we had to get up early and leave. It is nice to have the free parking.

Good practical hotel. Very, very good restaurant in nearby flower shop, store. Local area is light industrial, but if you have a car, easy access to Como.

Staff were lovely however wasn’t so central to lake como. About a 15 minute walk to the station and then a 10 minute train ride but not too bad! Bathroom smelt of sewage but everything else was fine! Staff were helpful and friendly.
