"Estuvo todo en general bastante bueno"

"Nice people"

"The front desk woman (Pam, I believe) was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly and helpful. I came in on a Sunday when they happened to have quite a few openings. We chatted a bit and I told her I came here specifically to ride Iron Gwazi at Busch Gardens (yeah, I know). She said she saw I was put into a parking lot view room, and asked if I’d prefer the park view. Absolutely! The coaster was centered in my window. "clean room"

"Clean hotel. Comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff"

"Several family members booked this hotel for an 80th birthday. Great location with easy access to a variety of dining options. However, this is the worst Marriot hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms: Looked clean but on checking out realized we our mattress was dirty with blood stains (pictures attached). Locks: During our entire stay, the room keys for all rooms in the hotel did not work. Guests had to wait for a staff to let them back into their room or leave a member of their party in the room....

"Staff"

"We stay here often for concerts. Always clean and the staff is always amazing. Price has gone up a lot and disappointed that ESA animals are no longer allowed free of charge."

"The hotel is very poorly maintained. My room was never cleaned during my 6-day stay, and the breakfast was the same every single day—there are no options. If you plan on staying for more than one night, I do not recommend it."

"Amazing staff and nice big and comfortable rooms."

"The facilities were ugly and poorly maintained. The area felt unsafe, and the cleanliness was absolutely terrible. I would not stay here again."

"Nice and clean. There were some issues in my room with a broken blind cord and coffee machine not working but as I was here for a night only this wasn’t too much of a drawback. Staff member was very reserved."
