"Need pool hours posted ! The security guard made me get out of pool I didn’t even have time to dry off was standing there watching me I felt very uncomfortable! Horrible if I saw what time it closed I would have been out ! Never been to a pool that closed at 8;00 wasn’t even dark yet in all my traveling experience!! Other stuff was fantastic"

"The room was extremely dirty when we arrived. We asked for another room which was also dirty. We decided it was best to leave so we checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. We were informed that they couldn't refund any of our fees for our 2 night stay. They also wouldn't refund us for the pet fee even though we canceled our stay. Property is poorly maintained. Base boards were falling off, missing or stapled to the wall. Dirt, dist and hair was all over both rooms we were given. We booked another hotel a few minutes away for less and it was much nicer."

"Filthy, unvacummed carpet. Walked in room, checked sheets and saw some black speck and other filth. Sliding door was wide open and ciggerette buts on crappy balconey the faced some thirdworld hellscape, a fence or concrete wall about a foot away. Pictures very misleading. Instead of the dated, not great budget hotel I was expecting, it was cleary something much worse. Walk to bush gardens (at your own peril)! I walked right back to my car, found a reputable hotel, and checked my clothes and bag for bedbugs. Stay away! Spend the extra $40 for a hotel with clean sheets and a vacuum cleaner, unless you've budgeted the extra money for crack and a prostitute. Glad there was a cop car accross the street at the hot dog stand keeping an eye on things or I might not have made it out alive. Back the blue!!"

"The hotel is in a good location, close to the University and busy retail and restaurants. Also down the street from Busch Gardens. Good parking and quiet. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast set up included."

"For the price, I was very surprised at the condition of the property. I travel fairly often and certainly wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal, but I didn’t the bathroom door to be so beat up and the laminate peeling off of surfaces…that being said… it was clean and bed was very comfortable!! Staff was very friendly as well."

"Parking was easy, however on arrival the disabled parking is by a door that doesn't open until yoy have the key. It was unusual to have breakfast included which was good"
