"IHG Management needs to fully review the properyt. No AC in the lobby, poor arrival experience. Check in Agents were rude and first day dinner Agent lied to us that there is a law in France that the inside temperature cannot be lower than 10 degrees of outside. "Séjour de 3 nuits dans de très bonnes conditions. Accueil très bien organisé (nous avons dits que nous arrivions à 13h00 et nous avons eu notre chambre à 13h00), chambre agréable avec la clim et une belle salle de bain.

"Really beautiful guest house we loved our stay. Great location really near the tram stop for town/station with local restaurants/bar/cafe and supermarket. If booking the room on the top floor its quite a few steep stairs and no lift, also some head height restrictions. Room was gorgeous though - bed, shower and facilities very good. "Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux."

"Absolutely charming and a wonderful surprise! We felt like we were living in our own little home while we were here. Very spacious room (we had deluxe triple) equipped with a decanter of lillet and two glasses! We were greeted by Jeanne who lugged our suitcases upstairs since the room wasn’t ready. "Personnel accueillant et professionnel. très bon séjour (10 jours) même si la première semaine j'ai eu un voisin un peu bruyant qi heureusement se "calmait" de lui même à 23h .

"The location is super close to the airport, the room was clean, great shower, but I have to point out the amazing Manon! She went above and beyond. She truly made our stay terrific. "The hotel is a little gem just 30 mins outside of Bordeaux city. The building and rooms are beautiful, and the grounds stunning. We loved our room and it was very spacious with high ceilings.
