"We traveled with our two kids and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was not friendly and seemed to have a very fed-up attitude. When we got to our room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The bed, pillows, and basically everything in the room carried the same smell. The carpet was disgustingly stained, and to make matters worse, there was pubic hair on the toilet. The pillows appeared to be stuffed into balls, likely to hide the large yellow stains on them, which was disgusting. If you are traveling with family and care about cleanliness and a smoke-free environment, I would absolutely not recommend staying here. This place was very unsanitary and honestly felt like it should not even be operating."

"Front desk Peter was SUPER RUDE. He started arguing with me when I requested towels. You have to bring your dirty towels in order to get clean towels from the front desk and when I did, he mentioned that I should’ve done this earlier during the day because now he is out of towels completely. So I was just supposed to go without. It was around 5pm. He also made a problem when I asked to make a reservation for the next night. He said I had to do it on my own after calling me a scammer and claiming I was too young to check in a room I was already checked into… I’m 30 so thank you. They don’t have a guest laundry, even though it stated on the website. The outside of the hotel looks a lot better than inside the room we were in. Because of the bad service, we decided to check into the hotel across the street. Baymont for the next week . And the rooms are 10 times better and updated. Stuff is super nice as well. "
