"I traveled solo as a young girl not checking in till 3:30 and I have to say this hotel was everything I needed it to be! The area was very comfortable with no people hanging around like you see at so many other places. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! The room was nice and clean and the shower had great water pressure that was fantastic after spending an entire day walking on the beach! With that, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in! I will definitely be staying at this hotel again for my future trips down south! Close to shopping and food, highly recommend!"

"Staff was kind and that was the best part! Bed was like sleeping on plywood, hot tub had caution tape around(pool too cold for me), pool packed and pretty sure most the people weren't guests, gym had a bunch of 10 or younger kids in it (door said 18+ but that was moreso the parents doing not the hotel), breakfast was ok but nothing really to drink. Its spring break in this area so hotel was packed smelled of weed and wet dog. I paid $180 for 2 nights so was not expecting much but deff will stick with hotel brands I know in the future."

"Clean room, comfy beds, nice showers and great breakfast. There was an issue with hot water going off for us and for our friends in another room but it was resolved quickly. "

"this property did not stand behind the information I was told when I called the hotel about 1) leaving our car parked there at no cost while taking a cruise, 2) was not able to use the free shuttle to port as I was told we could utilize when I called the property"

"Parking was okay but could have be clean more withoyt sticky stuff on the walk way. Toilet had piss in it and would'nt flush. The room was half clean. I was charge extra after i paid thru Expedia. A/C was cooling but it could have been secured in the window more without looking at the blue walk way. Staff was okay but slow at getting things done. I have worked in hotel cleaning but never seen anything like this. Even stsying ag different hot we l rooms"

"We stayed two nights. Overall the hotel looks clean but I took a white towel to wipe water off the floor and the towel was filthy afterwards. The air conditioner wasn’t working at first, I kinda knocked on it one good time and it started working. I normally wouldn’t complain about those things but I was itching uncontrollably all through the morning while I was asleep but nothing was there. My wife started itching later. We slept in so we had to rush out but the bites showed up on me. Pretty sure there were bed bugs. "
