The room was clean, and the hotel in general seemed well maintained. The breakfast was adequate, but I’d prefer to see some healthier options. The staff was friendly and helpful, for the most part.

Little America Flagstaff
Room very clean. Staff very friendly. Couldn't change the thermostat, we froze. Being older the cold gets to us. The mattress was very soft and sagged in the middle. Looks like they were in the process of changing out mattresses. Probably hadn't got to our room yet. All in all, would stay again.

The room and common areas were not clean- there was questionable fluids around the room, the bedding was not clean, and the carpet was obviously not vacuumed. I arrived late and was tired. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The check in process was easy. Breakfast was solid and ready before 6am. The area seemed safe and parking was easy.
