"Danielle the front desk clerk was very accommodating as the was a deaf person in our party so she immediately upgraded us to room that was very accommodating to her needs, she also offered us an extra stay as we checked in at 1 am in the morning to the hotel. The room was very nice, comfortable & clean & also had free snacks & water to make our stay more comfortable. 10/10 recommend this hotel if you are in the area visiting the Grand Canyon."
