"Getting to the hotel when you have a car is almost impossible. It took us an extra hour to get to the hotel and we were only 2 minutes away at times. The only reason we finally got there was because a man on a scooter told us to follow him to the hotel. It cost me an extra 40 euros for this service. ..."

"Unhelpful staff on arrival as the parking was full and a long walk in 40dc heat from the public parking. Very tired rooms, broken AC that was reported but never fixed. Broken toilet seat. Lights not working. Its a 2 star hotel not 4. Ordered food at pool bar and it took 2 hours to arrive. Good location ..."
