Not a very good location in my opinion. Parking is not on-site and very difficult to find as a visitor. The rooms are vintage with a vintage scent.

Terrible staff. 4 days after checkout I recieved a charge for 20 euro + tax and an email saying it is “a pleasure” for them to charge me for an umbrella which I never even touched, we had our own umbrellas!! They didn’t even ask!! Very disappointing. All the good experience from the hotel went to the drain because of this. Very sad, really.

The property is quaint and full of character. The Molton Brown toiletries are superb. The bathroom was clean and water power good. The check in staff was very helpful and friendly. She recommended a fantastic restaurant. The only downside of the hotel was the noise from the occupant upstairs was loud due to the thin wooden floors.

My favorite hotel during our entire stay in Spain across 5 cities. I will come back to Granada and this is the hotel we still be staying at again
