"I’ve stayed many times and Inreturn because the staff goes above and beyond. The employees work damn hard, so just be cool and be down to earth and be generous. Don’t be a greedy gringo or a cudo Colombian. Be thankful for what you have and if you tip each employee who goes above and beyond to assist you, you’ll realize that any generosity is appreciated, especially in a country with such small middle class and large wealth gap. Just be a good person and tip $10-$50 pesos at least once during your stay to each employee assisting you and you’ll be surprised how much more you’ll enjoy your stay at the NH. I’ve stayed at all the 5 stars in BAQ and the service iat the NH is among the best. Make sure you take care of the receptionists since they rarely receive tips, and just be friendly. "

"Great spot and great value. Right next to a Colombian army training facility so there was some yelling but other than rhat, this place was great. Hot water was a little bit tricky to get calibrated but overall I would still return to this location. "
