The downside was the noise outside early morning and later on in the street below. We had to fully close the patio door. We would, however, put this to one side and stay again. "Beautiful new apartment! Our balcony was over garbage bins that banged all day and night! No English tv and next to no internet although we complained everyday. If you don’t care about the balcony, tv or internet then this would be 10/10! Cleaning superb!! Great location! "

"This hotel has what I can only describe as an :open plan" bathroom. There was NO wall or door to the bathroom and it was completely open to the sleeping area of the room. The toilet itself was in a small closet with a door but the shower, sink and eveything else was in full view of the room. It was the strangest bathroom I have ever seen. Luckily I was travelling alone so privacy was not a problem. Just beware that if you stay in this room you should feel comfortable being naked with...

"5 stars is a bit generous... Basic amenities not provided or replenished... But location is convenient if staying in Las Palmas and nice beach view if you pick that room type. Dinner buffet does not include drinks and is not 'exceptional' but does have decent variety and does rotate a limited subset of stations so may cover basic needs of most people. Room was 'surface clean' but definitely not spotless..."

"Das Zimmer war im ersten Stock, direkt über einer Außenbar. Dementsprechend laut war es im Zimmer und Küchengerüche waren zeitweise zu riechen. Zimmern für 3 Personen gebucht und sollten anfangs das 3te Bett selbst aufbauen. Die Zimmer sind sehr freizügig da es kein wirklich abgetrenntes Bad gibt. Das alles ist aber noch handelbar. Schlimmer ist das das Frühstück 22€ bei Expedia kostet und man dann erfährt das es Vorort nur 9€ beträgt. Also ohne Frühstück buchen und Vorort regeln ist die...
