Friendly, helpful

Very friendly and helpful owner. The hotel is in great location and you can park in the hotel which is very good. After checking out, we were able to leave the car in the parking lot for a few more hours while we were walking around town. Well equipped apartments.

Empfehlenswertes Appartment-Hotel

Sehr zentral gelegen mit ein paar kostenpflichtigen Parkplätzen im Innenhof. Gut sortiertes Frühstücksbuffet. Große Appartments, klimatisiert, sauber. Anreise nicht ganz einfach (Einbahn-System in Grado).

Super god beliggenhed - på gågaden - var lidt svært at finde første gang. Husk at få nummerpladeregistrering hos politiet. Receptionisten var fint behjælpelig med det. Rengøring daglig med nye håndklæder, og fin morgenbuffet - set i lyset af italiensk standard

Für alle die Mitten im Geschehen sein wollen .....

Auf Grund des Einbahnsystems in Grado und wegen der vielen Fussgängerzonen (die sehr begrüßenswert sind!!!)ist das Apparthotel ein bisschen kompliziert zu erreichen, kein Verlass auf das Navi,kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz im Hof (wo die Autos kunstvoll geschlichtet werden) unbedingt nützen, sonst keine Parkmöglichkeit ! Aber als wir dann erst einmal angekommen waren: sehr freundlicher Empfang, kompetent, schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment, die Idee , das Frühstücksbuffet auf dem Gang aufzubauen und das Frühstück ins Zimmer zu nehmen fanden wir toll, Kaffeemaschine + Kapseln waren im Zimmer. Mitten in der Fußgängerzone gelegen, wenige Schritte zum Strand, zum alten Hafen, zur Altstadt,insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben für unseren Aufenthalt ein Zimmer mit einem Schlafsofa bekommen. Freunde die am nächsten Tag angereist sind haben ein deutlich größeres und vor allem ein Apartment mot extra Schlafzimmer bekommen. Fragen lohnt sich wahrscheinlich.

Praktisk overnatting midt i Grado.

Veldig fint leilighetshotell. God aircondition. Kort vei til stranden. Kort vei til gamlebyen. Matbutikk i nærheten. OK frokostbuffet, supert renhold. Vennlig og hjelpsom resepsjonist, prøvde så godt hun kunne å snakke engelsk. Vi var veldig fornøyd. Litt harde senger. Litt vanskelig å finne frem i Grado, siden GPS'en ikke stemte med skilting, og mye enveiskjørte, smale gater.

härligt bad, mys o shopping hotell mitt i stan

vi är 5st. Perfekt hotelläge vid gågatan. Vi bodde 1v. Bra frukost, hämtas på plan1. Äter i rummet. Kanontrevligt hotell med härlig servicevänlig värdinna. Bil stod på gården. Kör in via gågata. Svårt ta ut den. Bil behövs ej för att leva i stan. Rekommenderar barnfamilj att ha med en sulky. Allmänna stranden är 10min promenad bort. Det är varmt och mycket saker att bära för förälder inklusive trött barn.

Günstig gelegen

Gute zentrale Lage, angenehm für 1 oder 2 Übernachtungen. Einen längerem Urlaub würde ich Aufgrund der Innenstadtlage dort nicht verbringen. Im Zimmer gab es kein Bett, nur eine Ausziehliege, worauf man trotz Befürchtungen ganz gut schlafen kann.

Hundefreundliches Hotel in Fussgängerzone

Waren mit unserem Hund im Badeurlaub in Grado. Grado ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit Fussgängerzone, Altstadt, kleinem Hafen und vielen guten Lokalen. Der Strand und das Meer sind auch sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben den Hundestrand in Grado, Lido del Fido, jeden Tag genutzt. Dort hatten wir und unser Hund einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Sylvester in Grado

Die Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, Frühstück wird im 1. Stock serviert und man kann dann im Zimmer frühstücken (sehr angenehm). Die Lage ist in der Fussgängerzone, Strand nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Also ich werde sicher wieder dort übernachten.

Sehr schone Apartment im Zentrum von Grado

Die Appartements haben zwei Zimmer: ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Die Raume sind groß und genügend für 2-3 Leute. Alle Möbel sind neue und sauber. Das Gebäude befindet sich genau im Zentrum (Fußgänger Zone) und ein Privates Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden.

Mysigt nybyggt och modernt lägenhetshotell med fint kök och härlig balkong. Den enda anmärkningen är sängen som var av bäddsofftyp, den var inte jätteskön. Annars en toppenvistelse!
