"The hotel doesn’t meet Ritz Carlton standards
Feels like conference hotel, rooms are basic with simple furniture, generic wall art , no elegant decor or flower arrangement. It rained every day, (we were during rainy season)there were no umbrellas available in rooms or lobby, it’s unacceptable for luxury hotel.Even the complimentary coffee in lobby was lukewarm.Turks are beautiful but resort itself falls far short of the luxury and standards associated with The Ritz Carlton name."
