Good hotel but ignorant check in process. 😖

The hotel was brand new. Very clean. Nice beautiful rooms. At arrival you must check-in on a machine. I had to enter my name and reservation nr. The machine said it was unknown. I had to call assistance. They helped me out and got my roomnumber with accesscode. When I wanted to access the parking lot, the accesscode wasn't working. So I called assistance and then nobody answered. After a long day of work, this kind of sh1t p1sses me off ! 😠

Bien sauf l’enregistrement à la borne défaillante.

À l’arrivée, j’ai tenté de faire l’enregistrement sur la borne automatique, vu qu’il n’y avait personne à l’accueil. Celle-ci ne fonctionnant pas, j’ai appelé et on m’a envoyé un lien pour faire l’enregistrement. Ce qui a pris plus de 20 minutes. N’ayant, ni accès à l’hôtel, ni au parking. Franchement pas très agréable. Le reste était bien : chambre, petit déjeuner et personnel.
