"The pool was absolutely one of the best pools in Pensacola. Lazy river, plenty of seating and umbrellas, kids activities, tiki hut and 2 hot tubs. THey even had 2 fire pits with seating for the cool nights. The only small downside was you could not bring your coolers to the pool. They had pool side tiki bar for food and drinks."

"Spent the weekend exploring. Several places to eat nearby that were dog friendly. The heater/AC was a little noisy."

"Property was very clean. There was an incident in the pool whereby a child had an accident so the pool had to be closed and cleaned for an hour or so. Not the hotels fault and they did seem to have a procedure to deal with it. Check-In was easy as was check-out. Breakfast was good but the same every day during our stay Mon-Sat. Great location to the beach and central to the main activities. "

"Hilton Experience : The sheets on both beds had a sour smell. Even after we asked to have them changed them out the replacement sheets had the same sour smell. The beach towels were thin, the tub had a chip and the shower pressure and heat was awful. The AC unit was loud all night and the TV had a terrible signal. And to top it all off we were told if we a late checkout to ask the morning of but when we asked we were denied. "The room was clean. Nothing fancy. Only stayed one night for a concert. We walked to the Pensacola Bay Center and back. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Free breakfast was cereal, breads, yogurt, juice, and coffee; no cooked items. It was a good hotel for the price."

"My husband an I found the rooms to be very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the in room coffee maker with coffee pods were a great touch. The hair dryer and iron and ironing board a welcome touch. But the single best thing about this hotel was the staff who were professional, friendly and went out of their way to provide top-notch service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone! "
