The staff was so friendly and helpful! My dad had to have some accommodations after his surgery and they bent over backwards to help! The manager called and spoke to me directly to help me find a room that was wheelchair accessible. We were so impressed by their impeccable customer service! Thank you all so much for taking care of my family!

Most of the staff, at least the front desk staff was excellent. Raveen and Kenneth were always willing to help and cared very much. The lady at breakfast was a little bit rude but breakfast was done very well. Crystal, the head housekeeper was also very willing to help

The property was pretty nice and felt safe. The location of this hotel was perfect for us. There were just a couple of things that I think could be changed. The room layout was a little odd with having the bed right next to the bathroom, and the queen size bed seemed small for two people. The breakfast was okay. There were plenty of varieties to choose from.

We needed a place to stay at the last minute with our dog. Every staff member that we encountered from check-in to check-out was friendly and accommodating. The nearby shopping center and kitchenette made it easy to eat in the room and the outdoor patio was perfect for breakfast.

Don't miss on this Awesome stay!

Appears to be newly renovated and it is lovely! Location is great everything is only a hop, skip and a jump away. The afternoon desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond. The rooms were nice and clean and very spacious! EVERYTIME we are in Pensacola we will be staying here!

The room is larger than expected. Its very clean and comfortable. The full size kitchen with utensils, stove, microwave and a big fridge is awesome. I will be staying here again.
