"The room was very comfortable and clean, Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant was outstanding. The location was incredible -- you are right by the train station and in the middle of all the action. Can't say enough good things about Hotel Kreuz & Post. Highly recommend and will be back!"

"Beautiful little bed and breakfast! Very homey and nice. Staff was so kind and warm! We had to leave before breakfast, and they sent us off with some pastries and juice. It’s a lot of walking to get to the top where the place is located, but that’s not their fault, so don’t want to take away stars for that - just want others to be informed :) (there is a bus that can take you down, but it was closed for holiday while I was there) Definitely worth the stay, and if I’m ever in Interlaken again, I will definitely be seeking out a lovely here stay again!"

"Fantastic location right next to Interlaken West train station. Excellent breakfast with great-tasting food and immaculate upkeep. Modern, clean rooms, small but cleverly designed and fully soundproofed. Loved being able to open the door for fresh air with a safety barrier. Friendly staff throughout. A few NYE decorations would’ve been a nice touch, but overall I’d definitely recommend this hotel."

"One of my best experiences. Friendly staff, cozy and clean room with a spectacular mountain view. The only drawback was the steep streets leading to the property, but the vehicle they provide for guests made our stay much better. I would definitely return to this charming hotel."
