"I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. It was very clean, quiet, and in a great location, making it easy to get around. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, which was great for longer stays or preparing meals. The only downsides were that the double bed was quite small and not especially comfortable, and the apartment could benefit from some modernising in places. "The Hotel and Staff were both stunning, everyone from reception to Pool Bar did everything possible to make our short stay extremely enjoyable. Room was spotless, bed very comfortable and a TV with Worldwide coverage (if you cared enough to think of home ), Tea and Coffee making facilities had no milk, this was immediately resolved by staff. Location is excellent, short walk in all directions brings you out at bars and cafes of Olhao."

"This property and entire experience was excellent. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are really extraordinarily good. The food was excellent both for breakfast and at the restaurant. The pool is beautiful and people were using it while we were there even though it was mid April and lovely warm. This is a wonderful find and we look forward to going back. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is a farm animal area to visit which is lovely and fun!"

"Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer sehr guten Wohngegend. Der Weg zum Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, man kann aber auch den Hotel-Shuttle nehmen. Am Strand gibt es mehrere Restaurants. Ansonsten hat man keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ein Auto ist ratsam, wie überall hier in der Gegend. Das Hotel ist sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr schöne Poolanlage. "
