"My daughter and I stayed for 6 days and everything was positively consistent. No complaints on anything!!!"

Marriott's Grande Vista

"From start to finish our stay at the Marriott Grand Vista was terrible. Checking in was very difficult because Marriott had our name wrong on reservation. It took almost an hour to check in. Then we were told we had to pay $30 per day for parking. Our room was 3330 was dark and dingy. But check in said it was overlooking the lake with a very pretty view however the trees in front of the lake were untrimmed and overgrown. The entire property needs a major overhaul. Lots of noisy construction going on around our unit. The coffee at the Lighthouse cafe was expensive and terrible tasting. I threw it out! Needless to say were were very disappointed and will never return to the Grand Vista"

"Room had many spider webs. NIghtly spiders in my bed. Dead bugs smeared on ceiling and walls. People smoking herb at night in the halls. Can't rhyme the rest. When checking out, after paying and not requesting anything, the manager got defensive, tried to blame me for not calling and reporting every thing. The picture of the roach I smashed I must have let in the room (nevermind the gap in the door!) His attitude bewildered me. I was trying to be helpful and hadn't planned on leaving a review, but he really pushed every button. So here we are..."
