"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Stay! I had a great experience during my stay last night! What truly made my visit stand out was Aretha, the night clerk. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, and her kindness made a lasting impression on me. It’s not every day you encounter someone who genuinely takes pride in their job and makes guests feel valued. Aretha is a true asset to...

"Loved that they had staff at the breakfast bar to answer questions and help with everything needed!!! Room was very nice, clean, bed slept great, and had all that we needed for our stay!!"

"The property is perfectly located, very clean, professional staff and awesome breakfast. I did miss the pancakes. (Pancake maker was out of service)"

"Great staff!"

"The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely come back."

"The staff was friendly at check in but from there it was down hill! Requested queen size beds, we got Full. Beds were incredibly firm and stiff. Could not get a good nights sleep. Water pressure in toilet was too low had to flush twice. Bathroom was so small hard to move around. Took a while for the lights to come on and couldn’t use the lamp on the desk cause the shade was not clamped down. There was tape on the ceiling from who knows what. Worst of all, there were bugs in the room! Ants and...

"I booked for three nights instead of two. When I arrived on Friday they had given away my rooms since I did not arrive on Thursday versus Friday. I PAID in full. I did this so I could arrive any time on Friday since I had an early flight and did not want to wait til 3pm on Friday to check in. They did NOT call me to see if I was still coming and it sounded really shady at the front desk because it sounded like me rooms were given to friends or family of the front desk. No refund was offered and...

"The entire hotel needs an update and deep clean. Check in was dirty, lobby dirty, elevator dirty, room dirty, outlets not working, A/c sounded like it was ready for take off, and the walls are so thin you can hear everyone coming and going. It does have a “breakfast” that consists of waffles, yogurt, cereal, & oatmeal. Overall this rate does not match the stay."
