The rooms are large, but not the cleanest, during the stay (about a week) only toilet paper towels were changed, no cleaning was done and the rooms look accordingly. "The hotel is brand new and gives you a boutique feeling. We had a trouble with the room, but they compensate us with free drinks which comforted us. The dinner and the service was beyond good. The breakfast wasn’t the best experience because half of the things weren’t available at 09:30 (breakfast is till 10:30), but what we had it was great taste. "We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....

"Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are clean and comfortable with the hotel being fairly new. Restaurant doesn't have a massive amount of selection but definitely more than enough to being enjoyable. Good location as well. Would stay again"
