"Great location for walking downtown or to the beach! Clean, cute room."

"The property is so charming. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The courtyard is beautiful and cozy and Terrys is wonderful. We hope to make it back."

"Really enjoyed our stay here - lovely room with high quality furnishings and linen. The breakfast and happy hour were really great touches! Parking a bit tricky - small spaces and limited. Having said that, we always got parked! Great location in the centre of Carmel! Staff also super helpful arranging to post an item we accidentally left behind. We would absolutely stay again!"

"The staff was so friendly and operated so smoothly to get us checked in and settled in our room without having to lift a finger. All of the amenities and services were great, and we especially loved the breakfast delivered right to our room. The room was clean and roomy and the courtyard was perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. We would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was amazing except for the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the signal only reached the entrance of our room, so we couldn’t reliably use it inside."

"The breakfast was good with pastries from rise and roam and good coffee. However, we didn’t receive our pet amenities and our room vibrated. The host did refund our pet charge and our resort fees which was very much appreciated since we didn’t quite understand what we would be paying for. The room was very cute itself as well as the courtyard."

"We enjoyed our stay there. It’s very cute and close to the beach."

"We loved meeting Randy at check in - he was very personable and welcoming. The place was very quaint. Loved the location - everything was walkable and such a lovely spot in town. Unfortunately we were unable to obtain parking and there seemed to be more guests than parking spots - very disappointing and we had to park around the block that night after we came back from dinner leaving our car on a side street. Guest breakfast baskets were also a very unique and thoughtful touch. Beds could use...

"The most basic expectation of a hotel stay is a good night’s sleep, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on that front. Throughout the night, a loud mechanical noise kept going off periodically, making it nearly impossible to get the restful sleep I expected. What made the experience even more disappointing was the staff’s apparent disinterest when I shared my concerns. I expected my feedback to be met with some acknowledgment or concern, but that wasn’t my experience. A comfortable, quiet...

"Super clean room and bathroom. Convenient location, reasonably priced. The lady who checked us in was informative and very pleasant."
