Sea World Resort
Kids loved it, staff were good, rooms need a bit of repair and the water view room had a glimpse of the Broadwater from the balcony only. We paid full rate for a night which wasn’t great value but going on a normal time with plenty of notice wouldn’t be too bad at normal nightly rates

Imperial Hotel Gold Coast
Pool wasn’t the cleanest and staff at the pool bar were slack. Restaurant and reception staff were very welcoming and good and the concierge was very good too. food was also nice as well as the hotel room spacious enough and comfy beds.

I love this hotel normally with its amazing ocean views, however this time the bed was basically like laying on the hard floor. I raised it with reception and they added a mattress topper - which did absolutely nothing. Very sad that they’re introducing these hard mattresses. The girl at check in ...
